I can't recall the last time I saw an episode of Top Chef in which someone DIDN'T make ceviche (fish cooked by citric acidity). What is with these people and their ceviche? This week it showed up no less than 5 times!
PS: Bryan worked with dandelion! The Volt brothers are freaking awesome!

I'm so glad someone else noticed this. Lisa and I have been commenting about the ceviche overload for weeks....but I do love me some ceviche.
